Welcome to Excelsior Business Academy. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to protect both you (the client) and Excelsior Business Academy (the provider).
1. Service Overview
Excelsior Business Academy provides business growth tools and consulting services to chiropractors and small business owners via three structured tiers:
Starter Tier – DIY access to website and foundational tools.
Growth Tier – Personalized onboarding and strategy support with enhanced tools and automation.
Scale Tier – Done-for-you marketing and operational services, full access to our systems, and premium-level support.
Each tier includes different features and support levels as outlined in our service pages. Excelsior reserves the right to update tier features as technology and services evolve.
2. Subscription & Billing
All plans are billed on a monthly basis following the completion of the required initial setup fee. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled with at least 7 days notice prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or partially used billing periods. Upgrades and downgrades may be requested via written communication and may result in pricing adjustments effective in the next billing cycle.
3. Cancellations & Termination
Clients on the Starter or Growth plans may cancel at any time with 7 days notice. Clients on the Scale plan are required to commit to a 3-month minimum unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to terminate service if payment fails, client violates usage terms, or engages in behavior harmful to our brand or community.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage
Website builds, automations, templates, and strategy resources provided by Excelsior remain the intellectual property of Excelsior unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients may use all deliverables for their personal or business use, but redistribution or resale without permission is prohibited. White label services in the Scale plan must retain Excelsior’s backend access unless mutually agreed otherwise.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for: Providing timely access to necessary business information (logo, branding, service details, etc.). Reviewing and approving drafts, edits, and content in a timely manner. Maintaining ethical, compliant use of the Excelsior system and respecting data privacy laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
6. Performance Disclaimer
While we provide systems and strategies proven to enhance growth, results are not guaranteed. Client outcomes depend on a variety of factors including participation, market conditions, and consistent implementation.
7. Support & Communication
Support is available via email during business hours (M–F, 9am–5pm CST). Growth and Scale clients may also receive onboarding calls, follow-up meetings, and ongoing support as part of their tier. Response time is typically within 1–2 business days.
8. Confidentiality
Any sensitive business data, login credentials, or proprietary information shared with Excelsior will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purposes of fulfilling our services.
9. Amendments
Excelsior Business Academy may revise these terms periodically. We will notify clients of significant changes, and continued use of services after such updates will constitute acceptance.
